Quantum Matrix (Neon Tanks Concept Art)

Concept for the Quantum Matrix teleporting devices used in NT to move tanks from one location to another. These keep the tanks from "appearing" in the game, plus give a good reason for "respawn time" and "respawn queues." Vehicles appearing out of nowhere is rather immersion snapping, in my honest opinion. *cough*battlefield*cough*
